With hot chocolates, marshmallows, sparklers and the smell of a roaring bonfire, the evening will light up your cold winter months and give you an evening that will be remembered by the whole family. Here are some of the best places to see a display in Norfolk, Suffolk and Lincoln.



Norwich Castle – The Big Boom!

The historical town of Norwich is host to one of the best firework displays in Norfolk. With the night’s sky being lit up with an array of incredible and colourful fireworks, which are all set off in time to the music, making for an even more exhilarating show. The backdrop for the display will be the medieval Norwich castle, the building, and surrounding city will be lit up with each bang. The event is expected to attract thousands of visitors, and there are several vantage points around the city that provide a fantastic view of the display, but for the full experience, the show is best watched in front of the Norwich City Hall on St Peters Street.


The event is free, for both adults and children.

Aldeby Firework Spectacular

The small village of Aldeby is prepared for a grand firework display this year, with organisers claiming the show is expected to be ‘bigger and better’ than all the previous years. The event will have a range of hot and cold food as well as drinks available, a bonfire and stilt walker will also be there to keep visitors well entertained.


Tickets are £6.00 for adults, £4.00 for children and £20.00 for a family ticket (two adults and two children).

Saturday 4th November, 5.30pm-8pm.



Framlingham Firework Spectacular

Kimbolton Fireworks will be back to the idyllic town of Framlingham for another year, providing visitors with a jaw-dropping display that will bring the night’s sky to life. The special effects, which are exclusive to the display, will contribute to a night to a fantastic evening.


There will be a range of refreshments available on the evening, from hotdogs, curries, waffles and crepes, your taste buds and bellies will be satisfied with the offerings.


Tickets are £6.00 for adults, £4 for children, children under three go free.

Limited advanced tickets are £5.00 for adults, £2.50 for children.

Saturday 4th November, bonfire at 6.30pm, firework display at 7.30pm.


Ipswich Fireworks

The evening’s events will include live music from the celebrated local band ‘Soul Riot’ and the award-winning ‘Funky Voices’, along with a large bonfire, an exciting funfair, fire performance dance routine and of course, a breath-taking firework display from ‘Alchemy Fireworks’. The evening will have an energetic atmosphere, with plenty of attractions to keep the children and adults entertained throughout.


Tickets are £6.50 for adults and £4.50 for children.

Limited advanced tickets are sold until the 3rd November or before depending on availability at £1.50.

Saturday 4th November, gates open 6pm and the firework display begins at 8pm.



Wainfleet Fireworks

The event is guaranteed to be a great evening out for the whole family. An amazing laser display, followed by an even better firework display will keep the audience captivated. Make an evening of it and head to one of the many stalls selling hot and cold food, as well as drinks for a delicious bite to eat. Why not grab yourself some sparklers and some sweet treats to really get you in the spirit of bonfire night?


Tickets are £6.00 for adults and £3.00 for children aged 5-12 years old, children under five go free.

Saturday 4th November, gates open at 5.30pm, the laser show begins at 7pm, and the firework display begins at 7.30pm.


Lincolnshire Showground Fireworks

The event will be held by Lincs FM and has been a crowd pleaser and popular with visitors for several years. The evening is jam-packed with exciting and interesting attractions, including amusements, live music, food and drink stalls and of course, the incredible firework display.


Pre-booked tickets are £9.00 for adults and £6.00 for children, children under five go free.

Tickets brought on the door are £10.00 for adults and £7.00 for children, under five go free.

VIP tickets are available, which allow visitors to enjoy the show from the comfort of the Epic Centre, with an exclusive bar. VIP tickets are £15.00 per person.

Friday 3rd November, gates open at 5.30pm and the firework display begins at 7.45pm.
